Insurance
Currently I am able to take Medicare, Medicaid, United HealthCare, and Cigna clients. If you are out of network you are still able to schedule an appointment and pay out of pocket. I will provide you with a superbill and letter indicating why you should be reimbursed for services, however it will be up to the insurance company if they will reimburse you.
